Zucchini Noodles *Keto & Vegetarian*
Looking for an easy, inexpensive, healthy meal? Look no further! Make these simple zucchini noodles and dress them up to your liking! Here, I make a simple red sauce to go on top, but choose whatever you like!
Ingredients
Zoodles
1. Spiralize zucchini
2. Warm olive oil in pan and add zucchini, salt, and pepper.
3.Saute for 3-5 minutes
Red sauce
1. Mix sauces together in sauce pan
2. Add spices and let simmer
3. Saute broccoli, onions, garlic, and mushrooms together
4. Add spices and let brown
5. Once saute is brown and sauce has simmered, mix them together
6. Add mozzarella or other cheeses if you like & mix again
7. Garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese
8. ENJOY!
